Old Town Place is the sister property to Newport Place apartments in downtown San Diego. Both properties provide affordable furnished apartments for international and American students attending San Diego's top internships, language schools, universities and colleges.

We offer month-to-month bedroom rentals to accommodate both short-term and long-term residents.

Old Town Place provides roommate-style living that creates an intimate sense of community for our internationally minded residents. Residents can choose from two 2-bedroom and one 4-bedroom apartments and one 3-bedroom house.

Our fully furnished apartments include: utilities, telephone, cable TV, Internet, computer, full kitchens, bed & bath linens, and weekly housekeeping. The property is a free unlimited Internet Wi-Fi hotspot utilizing broadband DSL. Residents can access the wireless system either by the computer in each apartment or using their personal computers or handheld devices. A place to call home, Old Town Place is centrally located near the major freeway interchange of I-5 and I-8 and is only 4 miles from both downtown and the airport. The San Diego Transit Center (a public transportation hub for buses, trolleys and trains) is located 6 blocks blocks away.
