This first floor, two-bedroom apartment has 2 private entrances: one for each bedroom. Bedroom A has its window and entrance off a patio/passageway from Jefferson Street. Bedroom B has its window and entrance off a small garden patio shared with Apartment 3 by the driveway. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and tile floors. The bathroom features a large, custom-tiled shower. This unit also has a small combined living and kitchen area.
